The plant is spread in around 5 acres, with a built up area of approximately 100000 sqft.

Melting

We are having two induction furnaces from Inductotherm India, 1.5 MT/ 1200 Kw and 750 KG/ 750 kw each. The total liquid metal capacity of both furnaces adds up to 3.0 mt /hr.Taking monthly capacity to 1000 MT of Liquid Metal.

Moulding & Sand Plant

We have completely mechanised machine moulding, sand plant solutions provided by Rhino Machines, Gujarat (India). Keeping up in principle with the company motto of constant technology up gradation, the company has installed latest planetary mixer from Fondarc, France. Two Semi Automated Moulding Lines of Disa Make Arpa 450 and Arpa 300.

In-house Tooling Design & Development

We have dedicated engineers for design, development and validtation of tooling like patterns, jigs and fixtures for faster lead times and change upgradation using 3D design and Casting simulation Softwares. A dedicated engineering team works to ensure that the products are always confirming to the buyers stringent requirements.
